API Book Maintenance
In order to use this premium module you need to contract the module API Accommodation/Transport in your microsite. If you want to contract this premium Module, contact your account manager.
This section is used to make a quick review of all the agencies loaded in the system that contain an API book user. From there it will be easier to review which agency or user we want to configure, as well as activate or deactivate the specific providers we want to offer through the API for that agency.
You will see the agency list which have at least an API book user:
Select the microsite in which you want to manage.

In the information columns we can see information about the users:

Custom permits

Connected operators.
API Platform: an additional column in which the name of the platform through which it is sold appears, in this way.
If you have several platforms connected, it will be easier to identify through which one its sold with that credential. The user's information is painted, so you could use a field in your configuration to transfer the information to the column.
In this tab we will find two new tabs:
API out providers
API TC Clients
This screen will display the providers that each operator has connected to the agencies.
Depending on the number of providers you have connected to your microsite, the list will be longer or shorter.
Manage whether the providers are active or not. At the beginning you will not find marked suppliers, you will have to mark them through this page.
You will mark the suppliers you want to sell through the API for this agency.
Supplier name
Description of the supplier.
In this tab, as an operator, you can sell your accommodation products to another operator.
There is a limitation for this tab: the number of available suppliers is different from the API Out: only suppliers that are self-contracted for hotels are allowed.
If the user is only created to sell through the API TC Clients and does not have any active suppliers for that channel, but they are active for the API out, they will not receive any products.
You must indicate which suppliers to activate from the list that appears.
