Flight Net Quotas
The Flight Net Quotas is part of our premium modules, if you wish to access it, please contact your account manager. You will then have to activate the check box: ''Transport Overcommission'' of your microsites. These settings apply to services offered by Amadeus.
The purpose of this tool is to be able to calculate the net price of the GDS services from the information or rules provided by the providers. Once the net price is obtained, any required commissions or surcharges can be applied.Â
When the module is active, a new screen will appear in the Financial > Transport comissions
At first, this menu will appear empty, as you will have to generate the commissions manually.Â
To start the process, click on the button ''New commission''.Â
On the commission creation screen, the following information must be provided: (only the airline, the commission and the overcommission must be selected, the rest is optional)
Airlines to which the commission created applies
Priority for ordering the commission within the list
Oneway: if it refers to a one-way type of travel
Roundtrip: if it refers to a roundtrip type of travel
Active: indicates whether the commission is active or not.
Included/Excluded origins: certain origins can be excluded.
Excluded countries of origin: countries of origin can be excluded.
Destinations included/excluded: destinations can be included or excluded.
Destination countries/excluded destination countries: allows you to include/exclude destination countries.
Classes: choose which classes apply
Fare basis/excluded fare basis
Flight numbers included/excluded flight numbers
Operating airlines/operating airlines excluded
Conx airlines/excluded conx airlines: choose whether to apply or exclude connecting airlines.
Commission: we will indicate the desired commission
We will also indicate the extra commission applied
Next, the system also allows you to delimit the date ranges in which the commission will be applied. Once added, they will appear in the table.
Click on the Save commission button.
If there is more than one commission, both will be applied, and the calculation will be made on the commission of the first one, and the result will have the overcommission applied to it.
In this way you can leave the net price and add the desired commissions. The commissions will be applied on the net or clean price, and not the initial price.Â
