This functionality will allow you to customize the emails that the system sends by default, being able to add banners created in Mail Banners. In this way we can further personalize shipments to our customers.
MICROSITE. Here select the microsite in case you have more than one.
OPTIONS. By clicking on "Edit & Preview" we can edit the emails.
EDITED. If the email has ever been edited, it will appear green. Otherwise, a red cross will appear.
EDITED BY. In the event that someone has edited the email, the name of the person who edited it will appear.
NAME. This is the name that refers to the type of email. This cannot be modified.
Clicking on ''edit tab'' we see this screen:
This is the name of the email type, which will NOT be modifiable.
We can edit the emails in the languages we want, as long as we have that language configured in the Microsite.
Codes to modify the subject of the email.
Subject. Here we will visualize the shipping subject.
Remark. It is useful in the case that we want to add an observation.
Add Banner. If we want to add a banner created in the Mail Banners tab, we will select it.
Codes to modify the subject of the email
We can modify the subject of the email both with written text and with the predefined variables. In this way, if we want the email subject to always contain the client's name, we will write # {user.name}, for example. All possible variables are within each email.
In this way we will be able to customize the emails sent by the system to the maximum.
Keep in mind that not all customizations emails can add banners.
