Introducing TC Collectives Pro, the option that allows you to mass distribute your product to retail agencies, what we at TravelC know as white label copies.
An opportunity for retailers to generate and manage their unique websites from a single BackOffice.
Here are the steps to follow as an operator to configure your product as a collective.
The first step is to register in the system the agencies that you want to distribute your product. To do so, you must access.
Ideas and users > Agencies > Create
Once here, you must complete the necessary fields for the creation of agencies. In the following link you can consult in more depth how to set up an agency and the fields to fill in.Â
Once the agency has been created, the next step is to configure its web domain, to do this we must click on:
Options > Edit
In the Domain tab, follow the instructions marked in red to create the URL of the retail agency:
The next step after having created the domain/URL as an operator is to upload the agency's logos into the system, for this you will need to access the agency's branding:
CMS > Brand
The fields to complete in this section Agency Brand are:
Drop-down to select the agency we are creating.
Logo header: In this section we can add the logo that will appear in the header of the agency's website.
Use the Header Logo in the coupon: By selecting this field we indicate that the logo that we are including in the coupons will be the same as the one in the Header.
Use the agency logo in the mails: by clicking on this option we will reflect the same logo in the mails.
Footer Logo: Section that allows us to add the agency logo that will appear at the bottom or footer of the agency page.
Use the Header Logo, this button allows us to add the same header image for the footer.
Favicon: In this section we can add the favicon or image that will appear as the agency brand in browsers.
Apple touch icon
As an operator, the last step to create for the agency to start operating is the Home/Landings Configuration.
CMS > Home Landing
Agency: This drop-down indicates the agency we are editing. In the example of the image, the main agency is being selected.
In the Sections/Banners selection you can configure the banners that will appear on the Home page of each microsite. All the banners that are included in the Main Agency, will be replicated in the same way in the microsites of the collective agencies. In the future, the agencies will not be able to delete these banners, as they are fixed in the main agency, but they will be able to add new ones.
List of banners created.
It is important to emphasise that the following configurations by the operator will be reflected in the same way for all agencies:
The product the operator selects to market: all agencies will sell the same product.
The booking engine settings.
The payment gateway.
Once the agency has its credentials and its profile in the system, it will be able to access its BackOffice, the tabs that can be accessed as a retail agency are:
Data: List of bookings that have been formalised by the agency.
Ideas and users:
From the Agencies tab, the agency can modify data such as address, telephone number, etc. The only thing the agency cannot modify is its URL.
They can access the holiday packages, ideas and users created for their agency.
