New Premium Module: Slack Notifications

We are pleased to introduce a premium module designed to help you better track your sales activity.

Thanks to this feature, you will be able to receive clear and direct information, as well as a daily summary of your sales, directly through Slack.

What is Slack?

Slack is a business communication and collaboration platform that centralizes conversations, tools, and files in one place. It uses topic-based channels to organize work, allows messaging and calls, and integrates with other apps, improving team communication and productivity.

What notifications will you receive?

By integrating this premium module, our team will give you access to a new tab in your Back Office, where you can specify which application channels you want to receive notifications in.

Once enabled, a bot will post messages in the selected Slack channel notifying you of the following:

1. Instant notifications for every new booking made through your microsite.

2. A detailed daily summary of the bookings made the previous day, including Microsite performance, top agencies, travel types, top suppliers, and sales channels.

Data > Slack Notifications

From here, you can select by Microsite which type of notification you want to receive and the Slack channel where the bot should send the notifications.

1. Slack token: Here you must enter your Slack token.

A Slack bot token is a secret authentication string (starting with xoxb-) that allows your application to act as a bot within a workspace with the permissions (scopes) you have granted. It is not linked to the identity of any specific user.

2. Slack channel: Here you can specify the name of the channel where you will receive alerts.

A Slack channel is a conversation space within your workspace where your team communicates and shares information around a specific topic. You can create a dedicated channel to receive our notifications or use the one you already use regularly for your work.

3. Notification Type: From this dropdown, you can choose which type of alerts you want to receive in the configured channel:

Bookings: instant notifications for each new booking made through your Microsite.
Bookings daily report: a detailed summary of the previous day’s sales.
