From the main menu simply click on "MO App" and you will enter the platform directly via a single login, once a booking has been made with this functionality active.
All the bookings made in your Microsite, will also be displayed in the App, from the moment MO is active in your MS.
In the section Data - Bookings of the backoffice, we have added a new tab within the bookings called "MO App".
In this new tab a green check will appear if the booking is in the App, and in case the check does not appear, we have created a button called "Resend booking to MO App”.
If you want to view the reservations of other users who do not belong to the default agency, we have two options:
We can access these reservations from: Data > Reservations, we would access the desired reservation and go to the MO app tab. Inside there we will find a button called MO Application which will allow us to access the reservation of this agency.
*Only for reservations of users who do not belong to the agency by default.
In the event that you want to view the bookings of an agency to which your user does not belong, you can do so from the Backoffice by accessing the tab: Ideas and Users > Agencies.
Once you are inside, by displaying the options button, you can select MO app, which will redirect you to the reservations that this agency has.
When you access within the MO BackOffice, you must go to your profile and change the account to select the desired agency.
From now on, as soon as a booking is made on your TravelC microsite, a digital brochure adapted to the MO app will be automatically uploaded. This way we can also see the itinerary and the services booked in the app.
When you click on a trip, you will see the following information:
In Addition to the information related to the booking, the agency can upload to the App any document it wants to share with the client, this avoiding the need to send emails with travel documentation. It can be in Word, PDF or image format and the interesting thing about this functionality is that it will allow the client to consult the information even offline. You will also be able to see the history of communications sent to the client throughout the trip.
4. Notifications
As the traveler interacts, for example by answering a survey or sending a chat message, we will inform the agency of this in the notification panel, as shown below.
Also, in the MO panel, we can see the voucher automatically reflected in the main menu of the app
In the contacts section, it will appear with a double click the travelers which download the App
And with an interrogation sign the travelers which didn’t download the App
The operator will have a chat panel to communicate with customers who have downloaded the app for whatever they need.
You can also find the alerts of pending chat notifications in the backoffice. Now the prompt appears with both the menu; Open and closed:
To access the App, the customer will only have to scan the QR that appears on the page or in the booking confirmation email or in the PDF attached to the email.
From there the customer will find their journey within the App in just 3 clicks:
The App is also a travel assistant with which the customer can communicate via chat. It will not only allow the customer to travel with all the information on their phone, but also, in the case of flights, it will be updated in real time and can be consulted in offline mode.
Automatic sending to the APP of the modifications made to the reservation in order to automatically update the information shown in the itinerary shown in the App
The App is also a travel assistant with which the client can communicate via chat and receive messages from you.
In the Explore section, TravelC's multi-cross selling engine, MBOX, appears to offer complementary services throughout the trip. As the customer is already linked to this trip, if they want to modify their booking, they will not have to enter their details, which will improve the user experience and therefore conversion. As bookings are made, they will arrive on the agency's intranet if this distribution chain has been used and will enter as a new booking on the Travel Compositor bookings screen.
You may need to share with the client some information or documents that are not associated with the TravelC booking. For example, a voucher from a local supplier, a boarding pass, an insurance policy, a visa, etc. Therefore, the traveler will have a space to consult all the documents that their advisor uploads to the App.
Throughout the trip, the customer will receive automatic notifications, such as a welcome, an invitation to visit the recommended services of the MBOX, a general evaluation survey at the end of the trip, possible flight delays, etc. In this way, the customer will feel cared for throughout the trip and the agency will be able to automate a large part of its work.
7. Fees
When generating a reservation through the Mbox engine, (As long as MO is active), if we are B2B we must apply a specific commission per agency and type of service, (Transportation, Multi-destination, Packages, only Transport...) so that the system respects the distribution chain
To assign this fee, go to: BackOffice > Financial > Microsite invoice> Agency
Next, the agency to which said fee has been assigned will receive an email notifying that a new reservation commission has been applied.
