Our system normally uses an email domain provided by you to send emails (from mail) regarding booking confirmation, sharing ideas, low balance warnings etc.
If you are detecting that the recipients of these emails are receiving them in the spam folder or are not receiving these emails at all, you must validate this or these emails in your domain provider. Our system automatically detects the email domain used to send these emails.
Here you will see the different emails together with a status of this email, you must validate the ones in status NOT VALID. To do this you must copy the host and value in each line and enter your domain provider’s panel.
The steps to configure this vary from one provider to another, but normally you must search for your domain, enter the configuration and go to DNS option. Please refer to your DNS host documentation for more details on how to do this. Once there you must add a new record type CNAME and here you will have to enter the host name and a value that you previously have copied from our back office.
You must create a record per each of the 5 lines we see:
Once completed we can click verify and status will change to valid.
When a domain is validated, any email address from this domain can be used with higher deliverability rate.
In this section you can record the invoicing data that can be sent to the entities you wish. It has no fiscal value.
In this section you'll be able to upload your document needed for combined contract to send attached with the invoice.
Upload your agency contracts from your computer.
