From this screen, the operator can enter the prices that will be used both to provide availability to the agent during the booking process and to indicate a cost estimate to the supplier.
Entering prices for tickets or activities has a particular requirement: they must always be specific; generic prices cannot be entered. For example, admission to the Vatican does not have the same cost as a gastronomic tour. For this reason, the activity pricing screen resembles a contract entry screen and is called Quotation/Confirmation, serving both during the booking flow and for the confirmation email sent to the supplier.
Additionally, there is an option to enter prices solely for quoting to the agent, leaving the supplier to confirm the final rate, or to base the prices on the allocated quota. Instructions for this process will be shown later.
