Contracts Golf
 Before uploading any contract, you need to create a supplier. In order to be able to create a supplier, an user with the contract supplier role has to be created first. (See Introduction)
 Go to Contracts> Golf
New golf contract: Click here to create a new golf contract
Microsites: In this filter you can select the microsites that you want to appear in these contracts.
Delete: Once you have selected the contract, click on "delete" to delete the contract.
Columns: You can filter by columns to better visualize the data
Export: Click here to export the data in excel format.
Edit: You can edit this contract
You can duplicate this contractÂ
If we click on options, ''edit'' this screen section appears:
In basic data:
-Click on "Active" to activate the contract.
-Click on "Only holiday package" to activate it for this mode.
-Add the images that you want to be displayed
-You can indicate the name, description and other remarks.
Microsites:
You can select the microsites you want this contract to appear.
Rates:Â
We will have to indicate the type of modality we want to charge for this activity.
Seasons:Â
In this section you can add a new season based on dates. You will be able to indicate the corresponding rate according to the operational days.
Tee time prices:Â
Here you will indicate the price corresponding to the tee times.
Cancellation:Â
You can add a new cancellation policy, in the next tab.
