Severe Hypothermia

Onset of ECG findings can vary, but resolve with warming

• • J-waves (Osborn waves - positive deflections at the J-point)

  • Sinus bradycardia, junctional rhythms

  • Prolongation of all intervals

  • Slow atrial fibrillation

  • Tremor artifact

  • ST-segment elevation or depression

  • Ventricular fibrillation

  • Asystole
