It is important to understand the limitations of computerized ECG interpretation.
DO NOT TRUST THE COMPUTER INTERPRETATION!
Computers tend to be particularly poor at detecting early signs of ischemia, and can miss life threatening diagnoses. Remember, a computer interpretation of normal still requires you to review the ECG yourself, especially in acute settings!
