QRS voltage is measured in mm from the baseline to the peak of the R wave or S wave
There is a wide range of normal amplitudes that will vary based on lead, age, and body habitus
Low voltage = Total QRS amplitude (R+S) < 5 mm in all limb leads and < 10 mm in all precordial leads
