• • P before QRS

    • Sinus rhythm, ectopic atrial rhythm, multifocal atrial tachycardia, wandering atrial pacemaker, SVT, conducted PACs

  • P after QRS

    • SVT (AVNRT, orthodromic), junctional or ventricular rhythm with 1:1 retrograde atrial activation

  • No clearly visible P waves

    • Afib, flutter, junctional or ventricular escape rhythm, SVT (AVNRT, AVRT), junctional tachycardia, VT (P buried in QRS)
