Clumped or grouped beats may cause regularly irregular rhythms that are often misdiagnosed as atrial fibrillation. Consider the following differential when dealing with REGULARLY IRREGULAR rhythms caused by clumped or grouped beats:
Mobitz (I or II)
Premature complexes
Hyperkalemia
