The following are three new creative learning activities for preschoolers to generate creativity in the **science curriculum**:
**0-2 Years: "Color Mixing with Water"**
- Offer empty containers with primary-colored water (red, blue, yellow) and allow children to play with mixing them with a spoon or droppers. This hands-on experience introduces color theory and basic scientific principles of mixing and observation in a simple, sensory-rich format (Staff, 2024).
**2-3 Years: "Sound Exploration Station**
- Construct a solid station with different objects such as bells, wooden blocks, crinkly paper, and containers of different sizes. Ask children to produce different sounds and explain why the sounds are made. This generates curiosity about sound waves and cause and effect.
**3-5 Years: "Magnet Adventures
- Provide various types of magnets and materials such as paperclips, buttons, and small toys. Children can experiment with them to discover which objects magnets attract and which they repel. They can conduct a "magnetic scavenger hunt" or do simple projects using magnetic material, inviting children to explore magnetism and forces (Staff, 2024).
