Editing

Once you have created a video, it might need editing. Mostly we require only basic edits: removing a part of the video, annotating the video or breaking/joining videos.

Many screen-recorders provide editing facility too. If editing is not feasible within the recording software that you have used to create your video, you can edit your video in Shotcut (guide). It is an open source software and is available on all three operating systems: Windows, Linux and MacOS.

If you don't want to download a software, the photos application in windows can be used for very basic editing (more details in FAQ page).
