Bastion
Bastion is a viscet with a very active lifestyle. He enjoys going out with friends and running track. He's most often seen out on hiking trails or at the sand pits or forest clearing with his friends. Being the extrovert he is, it's very easy to become his friend, but that doesn't mean that his friends mean any less to him. Having been raised around others with anxiety disorders, Bastion is actually is very aware of the fact that not everyone is as keen on people and going out as he is and does put the effort in to ensure that his less confident comrades are comfortable with the situation. Unfortunately, Bastion isn't the most graceful being on earth, and while he isn't a total klutz, he isn't usually too eager to do things that require extreme accuracy and focus. It does give him a good sense of humor though, and some humility. He is Rey's loving mate and pillar of emotional support.
Relationships:
Rey- Even though Bastion has many friends, Rey is Bastion's one and only. In spite of their foggy start, Bastion and Rey remain inseparable to this day as mates, and are still rarely seen away from each other. Rey was by his side when Bastion came out to his mother as bisexual, and continued to offer support in the light of her rejection of him. Luckily, this rejection did nothing to dent the sunny personality that was -and still is- Bastion. In their teen years, rumors has begun to go around that he and Rey might be more than just friends, but Bastion has usually just laughed it off. He knew that Rey didn't like him that way, and was unsure of what he felt for the other himself. As young adults, living on their own, Bastion was still unsure of this, but he suspected that his sub-conscience thought of Rey as his mate. With time, Bastion came to accept this and finally admit to himself that he had in fact unintentionally fallen in love with Rey. As it would just so happen, this was around the time that Rey was realizing his own feelings for Bastion. Bastion had admitted to Rey that he wanted to court him, half expecting things to become awkward between them. What he didn't expect was for Rey to give a nervous laugh and admit he was glad that Bastian had asked first as he was too nervous, which was a welcome surprise to Bastion. After courting, they became mates officially and moved in together in Rey's estate following the passing of Rey's father.
