Removed from a tiefling named Karlach to be replaced by an engine due to Zariel's orders. Later this heart was experimented on and later given to Quinque Laminae as a gift. This heart grants the following benefits:

-Sentient Glove of Ardor no longer gives the penalty
-Unholy Spark no longer burns your flesh away
-+10ft movement speed, +2 to all rolls, extra 1d10 fire damage, when the heart is really beating after 3 rounds

Consequence: When the heart is beating hard, you will suffer 3d8 hell fire damage on each turn until you calm down
