Fell Horn
The Fell Horn is a dark, twisted horn carved from the remains of a fiendish creature. It emanates an aura of malevolence and power, capable of summoning and controlling infernal forces.
Infernal Summons: Once per day, as an action, you can blow the Fell Horn to summon a fiendish creature. The creature is chosen by the DM and remains under your control for up to 1 hour or until it drops to 0 hit points. The type of fiend summoned depends on the power level of the user
Dark Influence: The Fell Horn whispers dark secrets and forbidden knowledge to its wielder. You gain proficiency in the Deception and Persuasion skills if you don't already have them, if you do, add the proficiency bonus again to it
Infernal Resistance: You have resistance to Hellfire and Poison damage while attuned to the Fell Horn
