About Balatro
Balatro is the Grand Jester apart of the Grand Theater and is a Legentis Regnum Agentium (Gather Realm agent). His mission in Suzail is to gain control of it or destroy it. He is in possession of the Theater Daggers, cursed daggers that make the target experience certain types of memories.

1/Fool: The target must succeed a DC 13 DEX or get opportunity attacked if within 5ft and DC 17 WIS. If there are two targets picked, one attack goes to each one
1/Cheating Hand: If he see an attack made against him, he can dodge that attack
2/Card dealer: The next 4 creatures that attacks him will have disadvantage on the attack rolls
Special Action:
Dead man's hand/Four of a kind: Before dying, the 4 aces hanging on the ceiling becomes alive and leave the scene, set to find their master's killer later in the future
