As our backend engineer, you will be part of a fast-paced, high-energy, global team passionate about making small business owners more successful through good marketing and design. This is an excellent opportunity to join a diverse, dynamic team with great company culture.

• Design and develop our high traffic internal/public API 

• Take our backend services to the next level (200k active users, sending 1b emails/mo)

• Develop native integrations with our 3rd party partners (Shopify/Zapier...)

• Strong computer science foundation and problem-solving skills 

• Good (at minimum) and excellent (preferred) written English skills for documentation and communication with the team

• 2+ years of experience in backend development (SOA architecture, Golang/Nodejs are preferred)

• Experience working with MongoDB and PostgreSQL

• Experience working with AWS services

• Experience with API integration testing

• Experience with a high-paced startup environment where refactoring and requirement changes are normal

• Experience with SaaS problems like fair usage, noisy neighbor

• Experience working with large databases like sharding, partitioning, no downtime migration

• Experience working with Martech (email deliverability, tracking, embed analytics)

Tech Lead

2-3 rounds with Tech Lead ( First round will be a test. Interview in Vietnamese and can be scheduled online)

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm công ty product, hoặc làm dự án lâu dài (cỡ > 1 năm).

• Ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm làm môi trường Âu Mỹ hơn là Nhật, Hàn.

• Role Frontend sẽ làm việc trực tiếp với team Product Manager và Design nhiều nên đòi hỏi tiếng Anh tốt, giao tiếp tốt. Các vị trí khác (backend, qa...) thì giao tiếp cơ bản, đọc viết tốt là ổn.

• Ứng viên nên tìm hiểu kỹ sản phẩm và công ty để xem có match với mình không trước khi apply.

• Ứng viên có background mạnh về computer science và problem solving là một điểm cộng quan trọng. Ứng viên quá yếu về 2 skill này thường không pass interview.

• Bên mình không quá quan trọng về techstack của ứng viên, thành thạo ngôn ngữ hoặc stack nào cũng được. Chủ yếu chú trọng về kinh nghiệm và khả năng học hỏi, thích nghi với thử thách mới.

• Team size engineer nhỏ, công việc sẽ có khá nhiều thứ hay ho và thử thách nên ứng viên nào đam mê, tâm huyết, trách nhiệm với công việc mới fit culture bên mình.

• Có thể phỏng vấn online, đối với ứng viên muốn làm việc hybrid thì có thể trao đổi thêm.

• Vị trí này chủ yếu làm việc với đồng nghiệp và một nửa là người nước ngoài. Các vòng sẽ phỏng vấn bằng tiếng Việt.
