We specialized in need-based innovation development for health system strengthening in Low- and Middle-income countries in Asia Pacific, Africa, and the Middle East. We mainly collaborate with development partners/donors (Gavi, UNICEF, WHO), Governments, NGOs, professional associations, and academic institutions.

Roles 

• The IT Project Manager is an essential role in the competitive code development industry. 

• He/She is in charge of managing front-end, back-end, full-stack, or software development teams, along with keeping track of the project’s progress and communicating efficiently to clients to understand their requirements and explain them to developers.

Responsibilities

• Provide a support for a strategic vision that integrates a broad range of ideas for applications and software developments;

• Analyse and test, implement, and update existing or new software and web applications to find solutions to the current company’s technology needs;

• Mentor other peer engineers with workflow and complex software solution building with your skills and experience;

• Coordinate with cross-discipline team members to make sure that all parties are on track with project requirements, deadlines, and schedules;

• Discussing requirement/schedule/system design with clients directly and contacting customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents;

• Organize and manage all phases of the project to ensure on-time completion and target achievements;

• Proactively monitor and troubleshoot bugs and performance issues;

• Report on project progress, and offers viable solutions and opportunities as they arise;

• Assess the hiring process of the team selection to ensure the balance between selecting skilled and experienced as required by the project;

• • Knowledge of PHP and PHP Frameworks; or prior experience in IT business analysing;

  • Great understanding of the full Software Development Life Cycle;

  • Proficient in modern programming languages, use of APIs, and tools;

  • Experience in Oracle, MySQL databases;

  • Experience in RESTful, RxJava;

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure, and Amazon web services;

  • Experience in communicating technical issues with clients;

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer programming or any other related field;

  • Proven work experience of at least 4 years in a similar or related field;

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral in English;

  • Good projects management skills, able to work under high pressure and “can do”, teamwork;

  • Attitude & willingness to learn new things;

• French proficiency is a plus

• Salary offer up to $2500;

• One-month probation with 100% of net salary;

• One-year contract with potential extension based on the working performance;
