• Define and execute a strategic plan for the Cloud engineering team. 

• Take the lead of the DevOps Expertise center to develop and follow the training plan and skills development. 

• Be part of and take the lead on some cloud modernization projects. 

• Develop a Continuous improvement approach and mindset. 

• Communicate and report operations status. Follow-up on the issues that happened and actions to be done. 

• Manage work plan for Cloud Engineering staff; assign work activities, projects, and programs; supervise, review, and evaluate work products, methods, and procedures. 

• Identify problematic areas and implement a strategic solution to improve the operations. 

• Responsible to build a team according to the growth required. 

• Help develop the career of your team members.

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent.

• At least 8 years of relevant experience.

• Experience with DevOps and Agile engineering practices.

• Experience in cloud computing technologies and excellent knowledge of current computing trends.

• Experience with one of the leading cloud platforms.

• Eager to learn.

• Excellent communications. Service-oriented mindset, strong team spirit.

• Organizational skills and ability to coordinate a small team.

• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-changing environment on interesting technical challenges.

• Good knowledge of Linux, VMware, databases, Networks, and Docker.

• Be familiar with some of the tools we use ( Jira, Confluence, Terraform, Ansible, Elasticsearch).

• Fluent in English (both written and spoken).

• Knowledge in AWS system operations, AWS Certification is a plus.
