• Communicate with Japanese customers on all project–related matters

• Manage project or work closely with Project Manager to monitor and control the project

• Translate, analyze, and transfer customer’s requests to project team members during the whole development process

• Frequently and actively contact customers to clarify and prepare detailed requirement contents

• Good Japanese communication skills with N2 or higher

• Bachelor Degree major in IT or a related field

• Over 2 years of working experience as a BrSE

• Logical thinking and ability to deal with problems well

• Ability to work teamwork as well as work independently

• The enthusiasm, creativity, and a high sense of responsibility to complete the assigned work

• Can work under high pressure on deadlines as well as product quality
