We hope to do this by empowering community builders to run engaged communities in a decentralized way. We are currently present across various tech hubs in the US – NYC, SF, LA, Austin, and Miami, with New York as our main market. We are also part of the Lightspeed Extreme Entrepreneurs 2021 cohort – 1 of 4 Southeast Asian start-ups (out of 1k+ applicants) selected for the program.

We are looking for a proficient Web developer (React/Typescript/Next.js) to work on the next-generation professional social network 2.0 with a focus on building tight-knit and curated communities. The successful candidate will report directly to the CTO and will have the opportunity to build new application features in an agile environment. Other duties include fixing production issues, continuous improvement projects, and writing unit tests.

• • 2-5 years of professional software development experience in React/Typescript/Next.js.

  • Experience with Next.js is a must-have

  • Degree in software engineering or relevant.

  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.

  • Strong experience with popular React.js workflows such as Flux and Redux.

  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs.

  • Knowledge of modern authorization mechanisms such as JSON Web Token.

  • Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM.

  • Familiarity with code versioning tools such as Git.

  • Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements.

  • Excellent spoken and written communication skills.

  • A knack for benchmarking and optimization.

  • Familiarity with working in an agile pod structure and using DevOps methodology.

  • A good sense of design, the principles of good UI/UX, and familiarity with the nature and use of design systems as a means to create consistent, extendible user interfaces in software.

  • Style components, bootstrap, and ant design

• Some experience with Websocket will be ideal

1) 1st Technical round (take-home assignment): Complete a coding assignment at home and submit 

2) 2nd Technical round (Zoom interview): face-to-face interview, will be asked to write some code 

3) Final HR round - with CEO and rest of team
