Welcome To My Page!

I have many years of experience and this portfolio shows my skills, both as an employee in various jobs and as a student in the Online Teaching and Learning Certificate program at Governors State University, which I completed December 2019. I received a Master of Health Science in Addiction Studies in 2018, earned a CADC (Certified Drug and Alcohol Counselor) through the Illinois Certification Board, and a Master of Arts in Communications and Training in 2004. Jobs I have held include writing instructor, website designer, training specialist, e-learning specialist, instructional designer, marketing specialist and radio broadcasting!

Technology has been changing so rapidly that everyone needs to adapt because emerging technology will change the way we work, live and study. Learning emerging technology is part of that new world for those who plan to work in any technology-based job. In this portfolio you will see my work and my progression as I completed assignments and earned my online teaching certificate December 2019. In addition, I will be adding previous work I completed from former jobs to this portfolio under my work.
