The major assignment of this practicum was creating a class using Blackboard, a Learning Management System, or LMS. I created three lessons for my class Introduction to Religious Education using Blackboard and they include learning objectives; a checklist; a mini-lecture; learning material; graphics; and learning activities. All three lessons require assignments including tests and discussion boards I created on Blackboard, blogs and journals. Lesson 3 also includes a visual presentation to create a project relating to lesson 3, the Seven Sacraments. I wrote journals for every lesson discussing what I learned and how I felt. In addition to the lessons, I created a syllabus, an orientation, announcements, an instructor contact page, a session for Blackboard Collaborate and Skype, rubrics, and so much more.

To consider students with disabilities and learning styles, I created the lessons in several ways. I wrote each lesson lecture in Blackboard, added an audio version that students could listen to, and a PowerPoint. Besides the lecture, I added objectives and a checklist with an audio version, learning resources that varied from videos to articles and learning activities. I also created the syllabus, orientation and rubrics in different forms as well. The copy of the class I created in Blackboard is below in a zip drive. To make it easier to access the material better, I linked the pages with all the material of everything I created for this practicum and the different versions.
