The design (BTS)

Background: I have been working on a data distribution design for a few weeks, and naturally, I had to choose one of my favorite soccer players as the subject.

Contrast: The main contrast in this design is between the pearly-white background and the blue elements.

Alignment: There are a lot of floating elements in this design, but all of them have some point of alignment. For example, the name text and the stat box are both on the same horizontal line.

Proximity: I tried to make sure that Son, his name and data elements were all placed closely together, without cramming them in too close. The stat box was placed on the opposite side of the image, the same distance from the side as the name text.

Repetition: The navy blue color is the main repetition, with some red elements repeated that were also pulled from the uniform.

Color Scheme: The same as the uniform: Red, navy blue and pearly-white.

Font Choice: The font is one of my favorites because the italics and font style matches an action shot really well.
