Self-Evaluation Report
Self-evaluation report should be drafted, discussed by the Research Board of the relevant unit and submitted via the "IS Věda" system by January 16th.
March–June 2019
Assignment of authors to the academic fields
April–June 2019
Selection of outputs for peer review
Outputs should be selected for peer review via the IS Věda system by July 12th.
Nomination of reviewers
Nominations for reviewers can be submitted via the IS Věda system until July 12th.
June–July 2019
Checking the validity of data
Research indicators a and data to be used as the basis for producing bibliometric reports must be checked by August 8th.
By August 8th all data entries will be closed.
January–August 2020
Assessment of fields and research areas
The unit should cooperate in case the the panel decides to carry out consultations or site visits during the process of assessment of fields and research areas.
Expert panels should submit their evaluation reports of research areas by June 30th, the unit is then supposed to provide feedback on them by August 31th.
September 2020–February 2021
Assessment of units
The unit should cooperate in case the the Board decides to carry out consultations or site visits during the process of assessment of units.
The Board should submit the Draft Final Report by October 10th*, the unit is then supposed to provide feedback on it by November 14th*.
