Coordinator

What is the role of a coordinator?

Every unit that is subject of the evaluation has a duty to appoint a person that is designated to coordinate the administrative and organisational activities related to the evaluation, e.g. to ensure:

  • cooperation with the Research Evaluation Board and the Expert Panels and within the unit;

  • the maximum possible correctness and completeness of information based on which the evaluation is carried out;

  • assignment all unit's authors to fields;

  • submission of Self-Evaluation Report of a unit to the Board and Panels;

  • selection of outputs submitted for peer review;

  • organization of site visit if relevant.
