Store Credit

Store Credit amount can be used on our website and App and it is valid for 6 months from the time you receive the code of the credit by email and non-refundable once used, the email will be sent to the same address you have used in the order.

How to use Store Credit

By following the below steps:
1. Go to your shopping bag and choose your items
2. Add the credit as per the picture.

Return Issue:

Order paid with SC cannot be returned or refunded

** More than 50% of the order is paid with SC

Process:

Would you please inform us with the return reason for your items?
Kindly note that most of your order was paid with Store Credit which makes it a "Final Sale" and unable to be returned or refunded as per our published policy. You can check the email we have sent with refund details before where you got the Store Credit.

** If the customer did not accept the policy:

You can offer Self-Return option:

Kindly note that you can return the items at your coast as an exception and we will refund you the order amount as Store Credit.

Expired SC issue:

Store Credit can't be extended

Process:

Give a full clear justification.

** I regret to inform you that the Store Credit has expired, I understand how frustrating this must be for you. We apologize for any misunderstanding, but according to the rules of obtaining a Store Credit. It is only valid for 6 months and is not extendable.
