This application can be used for 2 main reasons;
You either use it to create an extra Return Label or a record for a Self-Return package.
After choosing Return Only, select the items you want to create a label for.
In Return Information you need to fill in the following;
Warehouse; depends on the customer's country
and you can use the warehouse sheet
Return type; if the label is free or not.
Return Reason, as per the customer's answer.
Remark, and always add full detailed remarks.
The proofs (pictures and screenshots) are a must too.
Finally, you can Save it to proceed with the application.
What proofs should be added?
Agreement between you and the customer for the solution
The issue the customer faced from the chat or the system as a screenshot.
In this case, the system will not send the label to the customer by email, so you need to provide the label in chat.

Go to the original order and scroll down to After-sale Infor
Open Refund Detail
In Return tracking open the Reverse Return Details
In the Package, you will find the Label or the QR code.
When the customer returns item/s at her own cost you need to create a record on the system so that when we receive the package we will be able to refund her.

After selecting the items;
In Return Information, you need to fill out:
The tracking number of the returned package, which is the Logistic Number
The shipping company the customer chose, which is the Logistics Company
Return Reason, as per the customer's answer.
Remark, and always add full detailed remarks.
The proofs (pictures and screenshots) are a must too.
Finally, you can Save it to proceed with the application.
