Custom Clearance tax refund depends on:
Country; we do not refund all countries
Order status; First order or not, and payment method.
Step 1: you need to inform the customer that they should pay the tax for the order as per the published policy on our website

Step 2: Advise the customer to pay for customs clearance and assist in providing the package invoice when needed
Refund for the first order only
The refund depends on the order status and the payment method.
No refund for tax at all.
