India, Costa Rica, Egypt

Parcels sent to India, Costa Rica, and Egypt are generally subject to high taxes. Therefore, we will inform customers when placing orders that we will not refund if they refuse to pay the tax.

الكستمر بهاي الدول رح يظهر عنده اشعار عند عمل الطلبية أنه في رسوم جمارك ورسوم الجمارك غير مغطاة ولن يتم ارجاع مبلغها للكستمر ولن يتم تعويض مبلغ الطلب في حال رفض الكستمر دفع الجمارك. 

SOP: 

Costa Rican and Egypt customers, if they feedback that they have paid tax and need us to refund the tax fees, please explain to the customer that the tax is the local customs policy and needs to be paid by the customer. Therefore, we cannot compensate the customer for the tax fees.

All packages shipped to India, and Egypt are subject to customs duties. 

Egypt orders will not be refunded for both first and non-first orders.
