Taisen Tullus

Taisen is a current Senior at Monte Vista. He finds joy by playing music with his peers in and outside of school. Taisen plays trombone in Jazz A and Wind Ensemble at school and is a Drum Major in Marching Band. He plays in multiple ensembles outside of school including East Bay Jazz High School All Stars, County honor band, The MV Jazz combo and the MV chamber ensemble. 

Taisen grew up listening to lots of 80's rock, big band jazz, and funk, which influence his playing and musical style. Starting in 4th grade, Taisen has played trombone throughout his 8 years of musical practice, he has also played Sousaphone in marching band and plays piano on the side. Taisen looks forward to another great year of Camp Allegro and can't wait for it to start!
