Camp Allegro was founded by three Monte Vista High alumni, Nicole and Corinne Cooper, and Rachel Sweet in 2009. The current directors of the camp (2026) are detailed in the Current Directors page.

Two new directors, Sofia and Daniel, will join Jackie and Ben to combine their enthusiasm for music, love of organization, and leadership in this superb week-long camp, which is sure to advance your middle-school-aged children's musical education enjoyably and memorably.

This year, Ed Cloyd (instrumental music at MVHS) will work to prepare our campers for high school-level playing.
