Daniel is a junior at Monte Vista who plays the tenor saxophone in the Jazz Ensemble and Marching Band. He has played the saxophone for 8 years and has played the piano since he was 5. He loves classical piano, but he also enjoys jazz and rnb music. He has been surrounded by music for almost his whole life: He follows in the footsteps of his dad who was a saxophone player, and his aunt plays the piano as well. He also always listens to music, and he even tries to DJ.
Daniel has been a counselor twice at Camp Allegro, and has volunteered with the MV CSF and National Honors Society. He also is currently a Vice President at Music Outreach where he helps coordinate music lessons for middle-schoolers, and he aspires to do more volunteer work with kids. Daniel has loved Camp Allegro since he was a former camper 4 years ago, and he can't wait for another amazing summer here!
