What is MyPers?
MyPers is the official Air Force online source for personnel policy, information and day-to-day transactions that can be used by active-duty, Guard, Reserve, and civilian employees to help manage their careers. It can also provide useful information to family members and military retirees. To access MyPers you will need to create an account, which is accessed using either a Common Access Card (CAC) or a Username/Password.
Some of the many things MyPers can be used for include the following: requesting veteran’s preference changes, learn about benefits and entitlements, access various calculators, submit retirement applications (AF Gray Area Reservists), send e-mail to the Total Force Service Center (TFSC), access a variety of forms, conduct searches in the MyPers window, etc.
To create an account or log-in, visit the myPers website at https://mypers.af.mil.
You can get to the Air Force’s Personnel Center at https://www.afpc.af.mil/Home/MyPers/
Overseas callers: dial a toll-free AT&T direct access number from the country you are in, then 1-800-525-0102 to reach the Total Force Service Center. Users can also visit the AT&T Enterprise website to obtain direct access numbers.
There is also a mobile-friendly platform of MyPers so people can access important personnel information 24/7 without having to wait to get to a CAC-enabled desktop. Users can log into https://mypers.af.mil
For trouble logging into MyPers, or any other Air Force platform, contact the A1 Service Desk at 800-525-0102, option 5 or try 210-565-5004.
