SAMR

Task 1: Read/Watch

The SAMR model, conceived by Dr. Ruben Puentadura, is a framework for evaluating technology integration in the classroom. Watch these short videos for a basic overview of the SAMR model and how it can be used to inform technology use in the classroom.

I find it helpful to think of SAMR in terms of how it aligns to Bloom's Taxonomy. More transformative uses of tech tend to engage students' higher level thinking skills.
