Google Forms can aid in providing students with timely feedback and help you collect formative data to see where students are excelling and where they might need additional instruction. They're also very easy to make and share. You can change the theme of the form, add images to activate students' background knowledge, and use forms to collect data.
Alice Keeler is another one of my favorite resources for all things Google and blended learning. She's a teacher, author, and certified Google Innovator. In this blog post, she shares how to create a branching Google form, that provides instant feedback.
Students can even create their own Google forms. A 6th grade teacher at Lees Corner Elementary had students work in groups to create a Google form, collect data, then create different types of graph to represent the information they collected.
This is a short video tutorial for creating Google forms and sharing to Google Classroom.
