Using the Complete Streets Policy Framework, Hanover can align our Complete Streets policy with best practices in policy making!
An updated Complete Streets Policy will better position Hanover to deliver on its goal of Complete Streets, by clarifying coordination and decision making, referencing updated design guidelines, tracking metrics, and centering equity.
A Complete Streets that scores highly within the Complete Streets Policy Framework will also better position the Town of Hanover for grants.
