Safer Streets Legislation

WHAT: Allow municipalities to set a speed limit floor of 20 MPH, rather than 25 MPH.

WHY: State law should not be an obstacle to safety. 

This legislation allows for SAFER STREETS AND ROADS. THROUGH LOCAL CONTROL OF SPEED LIMITS.
