As a future educator, reflecting on Outcomes-based Education (OBE) strengthen my belief that learning should be purposeful and clear for the benefits of the students. Because, a content without a purpose is nothing but a lesson but, a lesson with purpose can deepen the understanding and the meaning of the lesson. OBE ensures that the activities and assessments is align to the desired knowledge and skills that student need to master. And, it promotes active learning, critical skills, as students motivated to engage to the learning. As I move forward to my teaching career, this will help me to develop learning experience for my student future success.
