Most assessment role is to evaluate the learning skills, knowledge and to assess and guide teachers to formulate another strategic way of teaching. However, assessment in the effective domain it evaluate the emotions, attitudes, values, and motivation of every student. This types of assessment explore the development and growth of the student personal and emotional. Based on the group activity we have done during our face to face class, I have learned that it is not easy to make an assessment that will assess the growth and improvement of the student in the classroom. Though we think critically and brainstorm, it is really fun that we have a unity. Each of everyone in my group gave their own ideas to make our group checklist. As a future educator, I should not only focus on the intellectual aspect and help them gain knowledge and improve their skill but also cater and include the emotions and develop well valued student classroom.
