Reflecting on the activity, it letting me to craft ideas on how to make solution and address some issue to help student also to inform parent. It is really fun to brainstorm ideas that may help me in the future because some parents is really difficult to reach out and be a just and fair student to my future student. Both grading and reporting are tools for assessment and communication, these let the student shape their academic experiences and future opportunities of students. Grades summarize a student's understanding and mastery of the material, offering a tangible measure of achievement. In this way, instructors communicate to students how they are performing in the course and where they need more help to achieve the course's goals. It also helps educators identify trends and gaps in learning, informing instructional decisions and curriculum adjustment. Effective reporting goes beyond mere grades to provide more comprehensive picture of student performance. As a future educator, our role is to impart and guide in strengthening and enhancing their skills and learning to have a better grades, most importantly better improvement.
