Reflecting on the use of scoring rubrics based on my answers in activity, it is very essential both in teaching and learning. Through analytic rubrics, rubrics provide feedback to students and help them understanding their own strengths and skills. By defining what excellent work looks like and ensuring grading consistency, rubrics uphold high standards and fairness in assessment and allow teachers to tailor their instruction to meet individual needs, interest and learning styles. this individualized approach help teacher to strengthen and promote inclusive education. In addition, I have realized that making rubrics is very difficult for me, from making clear and concise rubrics that will serve as a guide for student in performance. As a future educator, i have learned that recognizing rubrics does not only offer good criteria to evaluate the student performance, but it help create a teaching process and improve student most importantly support each student in their unique learning journey.
