Automatic bidding with other bridge bots

The application enables manual or automatic bidding with other bridge bots. The Match frame allows you to bid on EPBot with bots selected from the drop-down list. In order for the obtained results to be as credible as possible, you should use a CC card that matches the style of play of the selected bots. The program folder contains examples of convention cards *.bbsa.

Match with the GIB.

The speed of the bidding is about 330 hands per hour if DDS analysis is disabled and about 300 hands per hour if DDS analysis is enabled.

After selecting the GIB position, the bots are launched automatically by the BBA.

Match with the WBridge5.

To play with WBridge5 bots, the WBridge5 program must be installed in "C:\wbridge5\" or its files copied to the current BBA directory. For best compatibility with BBA, WBridge5 must have the following options disabled: Collante and Rodrigue (in the program menu: Options - Bidding...). Only one instance of the BBA can be run at a time.

The speed of the bidding is about 500 hands per hour if DDS analysis is disabled and about 400 hands per hour if DDS analysis is enabled.

After selecting the WBridge5, the bots are launched automatically by the BBA within a short time.

Match for Table Manager members.

After selecting this position, the BBA works as a Table Manager for manually connected bots. The WE bots are placed in the first room and the NS bots in the second room. The bots communicate in the same way using the Blue Chip Bridge networking protocol.

After selecting the Table Manager members you have to start the bots manually specifying the port number to connect to.

You can select one of three ports using the Match frame popup menu (before you select match).

WBridge5 bots as Table Manager members.

BBA bots as Table Manager members.

The maximum theoretical speed for EPBots is 3600 hands per hour, if DDS analysis is disabled.

BEN bots as Table Manager members.

The speed of the bidding is about 1000 hands per hour if DDS analysis is disabled and about 750 hands per hour if DDS analysis is enabled.
