Piana delle Orme

Originating from the private collection of Mariano De Pasquale, the Piana delle Orme Museum has been created within a farm and is dedicated to the twentieth century celebrating a journey through 50 years of Italian history. Over 30 thousand square meters of exhibition, organised into linked themed pavilions, display 100's of vehicles in scenographic 1:1 scale dioramas. Themes as follows: Vintage Toy; Reclamation of the Pontine Marshes; Vintage Agricultural Vehicles; Life in the Fields; Vintage Means of War; From el Alamein to Messina and Salerno; Landing of Anzio; Battle of Cassino; Deportations and Internment; Aeronaval section.
