COURSE GENERAL OBJECTIVES

COURSE GENERAL OBJECTIVES (SHORT PROGRAMME)

1.-To analyze the different historical sources through Internet, encyclopedias, text books, videos... and other back ups to verify if the objectivity is possible in History.

2.- To learn to use different study techniques using several sources, to look for information, to compare it, to summarize it, to interpret it, and to discuss it, to know and to understand better the different historical processes.

3.- To use different linguistic skills correctly (written and oral comprehension, written and oral expression, oral interaction) through different activities and back ups to achieve, among other competences, an efficient development of the Competence in Linguistic Communication.

4.- To put yourself in people’s shoes who lived in another time, through the deep study of different periods and historical events and the empathy to understand better the current society.

5.- To support other races, religions, languages, cultures, ways of feeling and thinking with the knowledge of the matter in order to develop, among others, the Social and Civil Competence.

6.- To learn to work systematically in an individual and collective way, controlling the teaching learning process to work, among others, the Social and Civil Competence.
