This week was practicing with 'for' and 'while' loops. They're pretty simple functions, but get messy quickly when stacked. I spent and unfortunate amount of time trying to get the background circles generated. Originally I wanted to make a grid, adjust the circles so they didn't touch, and animate them to randomly appear in a square. After some hours I decided that was a project for another time!
The background circles are created with nested for loops, and the rings are made with a for loop under mouse movement. Left click stops the loop, right click starts it.
